But has Pakistan been divided in two? After a long struggle for freedom, Baloch rebels finally claim a major success. After about three hours of operation, Baloch rebels claimed that they have captured Sorab city of Pakistan. In addition to taking control of police and administrative buildings, it is known that a large amount of weapons of the Pakistani army have also been looted.
Regarding this operation, BLA spokesperson Ziand Baloch said, our main target in this operation was the military, administrative and financial institutions of Pakistan. All the police stations, deputy commissioner’s offices, government guest houses and local banks in the city have been captured. All government vehicles, banks and warehouses have been set on fire. Not only that, the Baloch rebels have taken possession of more than 30 rifles and other weapons of the Pakistani army. Although many police personnel were arrested, they were later released on condition. The rebel camp said that Assistant Deputy Commissioner of the area, Hidayatullah Buledi, was killed in this operation.

It does not end here, after capturing the city, the rebels have blocked the Quetta-Karachi and Sorab Geed national highways and set up their own check posts there. Due to which the movement of the Pakistani army in the area has practically been stopped. The Baloch Liberation Army has given a clear message that this operation is another step towards the independence of Balochistan. This fight will continue until Pakistan is completely wiped out from the soil of Balochistan.
The rebel Baloch Liberation Army has been waging a movement for a long time to free Balochistan from Pakistan. Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has joined them in this fight. On March 11, Baloch rebels kidnapped the Zafar Express with 450 passengers, disturbing the Pakistani government’s sleepless night. The death of 28 Pakistani soldiers and 26 hostages in that operation made the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) a global media headline. It didn’t end there, after attacking multiple army camps in the fight for independence, the Baloch now claim to have captured the city of Sorab.
